CHINA & INDIA, COORDINATED

Specialist manufacturers.
One coordinated partner.

United Energy Agencies brings together manufacturing capabilities in China and India for oil and gas equipment, components and spare parts. We support buyers and manufacturers through commercial representation, project procurement, technical coordination and delivery.

An equipment package can involve several factories, different technical submissions and a shared project deadline. Our role is to keep those discussions connected: clarify the required scope, coordinate the manufacturers’ responses and follow the agreed actions through to delivery.

For buyers, this creates one point of commercial coordination. For manufacturing partners, it provides a focused connection to equipment inquiries and project opportunities in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar.

BEFORE THE FIRST INQUIRY

Useful answers.
Clear next steps.

Practical information for procurement teams and manufacturing partners.

Does UEA represent manufacturers in China and India?

Yes. UEA has manufacturer agencies in China and India for oil and gas equipment and industrial supply. We coordinate inquiries through the relevant manufacturing relationship, with product scope and commercial responsibilities defined for the proposed supply.

Can we specify a preferred country of manufacture?

Include your country-of-origin requirement in the inquiry together with any approved-manufacturer restrictions. The proposed manufacturer, manufacturing origin and supporting documents are clarified in the offer. Any alternative is presented for your review.

Can UEA coordinate several equipment categories in one inquiry?

Yes. Send a consolidated list with a separate specification and quantity for each item. We coordinate the relevant manufacturing specialisms and identify the scope, schedule and documentation for each part of the package.

What should we include in an RFQ?

Include the equipment description, quantity, drawings or datasheets, required standards, inspection requirements and delivery destination. For replacement parts, include the equipment model, part number and drawing revision where available.

How are manufacturers and technical offers assessed?

The proposed manufacturer’s product scope and technical offer are reviewed against your requirement. Material choices, deviations, document availability and inspection arrangements are clarified before the supply is agreed.

Can inspection and testing be included?

State the inspection scope in your inquiry, including any witness points or independent inspection requirements. The arrangements, acceptance criteria, documents and costs are then agreed for the specific equipment and order.

Do you coordinate shipment and after-sales questions?

Packing, dispatch documentation and logistics can be coordinated within the agreed scope. After delivery, UEA connects spare-part inquiries and technical or warranty questions with the responsible manufacturer.

How do manufacturer representation arrangements work?

The discussion starts with the manufacturer’s product capabilities, target markets and commercial objectives. Product lines, territory, responsibilities and the scope of cooperation are defined for that relationship.
