01

Manufacturer representation

Commercial representation and business development for oil and gas equipment manufacturers in China and India. We coordinate buyer engagement, inquiries and project follow-up, with representation scope agreed with each manufacturer.

02

Equipment supply

Supply coordination across pipeline, oilfield, process, electrical and industrial support equipment. Bring complementary manufacturers into one clearly defined equipment package.

03

Project procurement

Coordinate multi-item and multi-manufacturer requirements, commercial comparisons, purchase orders and delivery schedules around the project procurement plan.

04

Tender & technical coordination

Bring manufacturer datasheets, technical responses, drawings and commercial offers together for the buyer. Clarify deviations and outstanding questions with the responsible manufacturer.

05

Quality & production follow-up

Follow production milestones and coordinate agreed inspections, testing and material documentation with manufacturers and independent inspection providers where required.

06

Logistics & delivery

Coordinate packing, export documentation, shipment consolidation and freight arrangements with the relevant manufacturers and logistics providers.

07

Spares & after-sales coordination

Support replacement-part inquiries, manufacturer warranty communication and technical questions after delivery. Product-specific coverage is defined by the agreed order and manufacturer terms.

08

Manufacturing partnerships

Connect specialist manufacturers with complementary equipment opportunities. Develop project-based cooperation and representation arrangements around product capabilities and market requirements.

SUPPLY ACROSS MANUFACTURING ORIGINS

Different manufacturers.
One organised project scope.

An inquiry can be placed with a manufacturer in China, a manufacturer in India, or coordinated across several manufacturers according to the approved requirement.

01

Define the acceptable supply

Start with the specification, approved-manufacturer requirements and any country-of-origin preference. This gives the relevant agencies a consistent basis for approaching manufacturers.

02

Compare offers on the same basis

Bring technical scope, quantities, exclusions, required documents and delivery terms into one comparison. A price difference is reviewed together with what each manufacturer is offering.

03

Coordinate each manufacturing package

Where a project involves more than one manufacturer or country, identify the responsibility and schedule for each package. Track drawings, inspections and document actions against the applicable order.

04

Plan the dispatch and handover

Clarify packing, shipment scope and document requirements for each origin. Consolidation or separate shipments are considered around the equipment, readiness dates and agreed logistics arrangements.
