WHAT OUR AGENCIES DO

Representation built
around the relationship.

Our role combines manufacturer representation with the practical work of equipment supply, project follow-up and ongoing account coordination.

Product & market scope

Representation starts with the manufacturer’s product capabilities and the agreed markets. The relationship defines which equipment lines, inquiries and commercial activities UEA coordinates.

Inquiry & tender follow-up

UEA brings buyer requirements to the relevant manufacturer, follows technical and commercial responses, and keeps changes to the requested scope visible throughout the inquiry.

Continuing commercial support

After an order, the relationship supports communication on repeat requirements, spare parts and manufacturer responses. New inquiries remain tied to the relevant product and supply responsibilities.

SUPPLY ACROSS MANUFACTURING ORIGINS

Different manufacturers.
One organised project scope.

An inquiry can be placed with a manufacturer in China, a manufacturer in India, or coordinated across several manufacturers according to the approved requirement.

01

Define the acceptable supply

Start with the specification, approved-manufacturer requirements and any country-of-origin preference. This gives the relevant agencies a consistent basis for approaching manufacturers.

02

Compare offers on the same basis

Bring technical scope, quantities, exclusions, required documents and delivery terms into one comparison. A price difference is reviewed together with what each manufacturer is offering.

03

Coordinate each manufacturing package

Where a project involves more than one manufacturer or country, identify the responsibility and schedule for each package. Track drawings, inspections and document actions against the applicable order.

04

Plan the dispatch and handover

Clarify packing, shipment scope and document requirements for each origin. Consolidation or separate shipments are considered around the equipment, readiness dates and agreed logistics arrangements.

MANUFACTURER REPRESENTATION

A commercial presence.
Across the supply cycle.

UEA brings complementary manufacturing specialisms from China and India into one commercial interface for energy-sector buyers.

01

Market development

A focused commercial approach for Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar, built around the manufacturer’s product range and agreed territories.

02

Tender coordination

A consistent point of contact for incoming requirements, technical questions, quotations and tender follow-up.

03

Manufacturer communication

Keep product selection, factory clarifications, lead times and commercial commitments connected to the same inquiry.

04

Ongoing account support

Coordinate repeat requirements, replacement parts and manufacturer responses after the initial delivery.

Representation scope, product lines and territory arrangements are defined with each manufacturer.

BEFORE THE FIRST INQUIRY

Useful answers.
Clear next steps.

Practical information for procurement teams and manufacturing partners.

Does UEA represent manufacturers in China and India?

Yes. UEA has manufacturer agencies in China and India for oil and gas equipment and industrial supply. We coordinate inquiries through the relevant manufacturing relationship, with product scope and commercial responsibilities defined for the proposed supply.

Can we specify a preferred country of manufacture?

Include your country-of-origin requirement in the inquiry together with any approved-manufacturer restrictions. The proposed manufacturer, manufacturing origin and supporting documents are clarified in the offer. Any alternative is presented for your review.

Can UEA coordinate several equipment categories in one inquiry?

Yes. Send a consolidated list with a separate specification and quantity for each item. We coordinate the relevant manufacturing specialisms and identify the scope, schedule and documentation for each part of the package.

What should we include in an RFQ?

Include the equipment description, quantity, drawings or datasheets, required standards, inspection requirements and delivery destination. For replacement parts, include the equipment model, part number and drawing revision where available.

How are manufacturers and technical offers assessed?

The proposed manufacturer’s product scope and technical offer are reviewed against your requirement. Material choices, deviations, document availability and inspection arrangements are clarified before the supply is agreed.

Can inspection and testing be included?

State the inspection scope in your inquiry, including any witness points or independent inspection requirements. The arrangements, acceptance criteria, documents and costs are then agreed for the specific equipment and order.

Do you coordinate shipment and after-sales questions?

Packing, dispatch documentation and logistics can be coordinated within the agreed scope. After delivery, UEA connects spare-part inquiries and technical or warranty questions with the responsible manufacturer.

How do manufacturer representation arrangements work?

The discussion starts with the manufacturer’s product capabilities, target markets and commercial objectives. Product lines, territory, responsibilities and the scope of cooperation are defined for that relationship.
