WHO WE ARE

Specialist supply.
A connected approach.

United Energy Agencies represents manufacturers in China and India and coordinates the supply of oil and gas equipment, industrial components and spare parts to international buyers.

Our work brings complementary manufacturing specialisms into one coordinated commercial relationship. A project may call for pipeline components, well equipment, process systems and maintenance items from different factories. UEA connects those requirements with the relevant manufacturers and keeps the technical and commercial discussions organised.

We work across the supply cycle: developing manufacturing relationships, coordinating inquiries and tenders, clarifying technical offers, following agreed production milestones and supporting delivery and after-sales communication.

Our market focus is Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, supported by manufacturing relationships in both countries. Our wider background includes international trading experience in the United States. We approach each requirement through its own specifications, project priorities and agreed supply responsibilities.

OUR MISSION

Make manufacturing capabilities easier to work with.

Connect energy-sector buyers with relevant manufacturing specialisms through clear technical requirements, coordinated commercial offers and consistent follow-through. Our purpose is to make each party’s scope and next steps easier to understand throughout the supply process.

OUR LONG-TERM DIRECTION

Build relationships that support the next requirement.

Develop lasting cooperation between specialist manufacturers in China and India and international procurement teams. We aim to support a continuing relationship built on product knowledge, clear communication and an understanding of the buyer’s operating and project needs.

OUR AGENCY NETWORK

China & India.
Connected through UEA.

Manufacturer agencies in two countries. One coordinated approach to equipment inquiries, commercial representation and project supply.

HOW THE RELATIONSHIP WORKS

One point of coordination.
Clearly defined roles.

We organise communication around the people responsible for the equipment, the commercial scope and the project’s acceptance requirements.

United Energy Agencies

The commercial and coordination interface

  • Coordinate inquiries, manufacturer discussions and technical clarifications.
  • Bring offers, schedules and document requirements into a defined supply scope.
  • Follow agreed order actions, delivery arrangements and after-sales communication.

The relevant manufacturer

The product and manufacturing specialist

  • Provide product-specific technical proposals and manufacturing information.
  • Confirm production commitments, available documents and agreed testing.
  • Define the applicable product support and manufacturer warranty terms.

The buyer & project team

The requirements and acceptance authority

  • Provide the required duty, specifications, quantities and project conditions.
  • Review technical submissions, alternatives and any proposed deviations.
  • Agree the supply scope, inspection requirements and acceptance arrangements.
OUR MANUFACTURING FOCUS

Complementary capabilities.
One equipment portfolio.

Our 14 featured equipment categories are supported by a searchable directory of product types across 32 equipment families. Each inquiry is reviewed with the relevant manufacturer for technical suitability, scope and documentation.

01

Pipeline & flow control

Pipework, connection components, valves, hoses and hydraulic equipment for defined line and fluid-handling requirements.

02

Oilfield & well systems

Drilling tools, wellhead and pressure-control equipment, pumps and associated operating components.

04

Industrial support

Lifting and handling equipment, workplace safety products, replacement parts and maintenance requirements.

BEFORE AN ORDER IS AGREED

Look beyond
the quotation.

A useful offer explains the equipment, its supporting information and the conditions of supply. Our coordination brings those details into the same discussion.

Product capability
Match the required equipment, materials and manufacturing scope to the proposed factory’s stated capabilities.
Technical response
Bring together datasheets, drawings and item-by-item clarifications. Identify proposed deviations for the buyer’s review.
Documentation & inspection
Confirm which certificates, material records and tests are required, and how the agreed inspection scope will be carried out.
Production & delivery
Clarify the manufacturing schedule, packing requirements and shipment scope alongside the commercial offer.
Support after supply
Confirm the manufacturer’s available operating information, spare-part references and warranty terms as part of the order discussion.

OUR WORKING PRINCIPLES

Professionalism in
the everyday details.

Clear records and clear responsibilities make a supply relationship easier to manage.

01

Start with the requirement

Use the buyer’s specification, service conditions and project priorities as the basis of the manufacturer discussion. Missing information and assumptions belong in the clarification process.

02

Make differences visible

Record proposed alternatives, exclusions and deviations alongside the offer so that the buyer can review them before the order scope is confirmed.

03

Define commitments early

Agree the equipment scope, documents, inspection arrangements and delivery responsibilities at the commercial stage, with the relevant parties involved.

04

Follow actions through

Keep production updates, outstanding documents and delivery questions connected to the order. Where an issue arises, coordinate the next action with the party responsible.

SUPPLY ACROSS MANUFACTURING ORIGINS

Different manufacturers.
One organised project scope.

An inquiry can be placed with a manufacturer in China, a manufacturer in India, or coordinated across several manufacturers according to the approved requirement.

01

Define the acceptable supply

Start with the specification, approved-manufacturer requirements and any country-of-origin preference. This gives the relevant agencies a consistent basis for approaching manufacturers.

02

Compare offers on the same basis

Bring technical scope, quantities, exclusions, required documents and delivery terms into one comparison. A price difference is reviewed together with what each manufacturer is offering.

03

Coordinate each manufacturing package

Where a project involves more than one manufacturer or country, identify the responsibility and schedule for each package. Track drawings, inspections and document actions against the applicable order.

04

Plan the dispatch and handover

Clarify packing, shipment scope and document requirements for each origin. Consolidation or separate shipments are considered around the equipment, readiness dates and agreed logistics arrangements.

CONTINUITY AFTER DELIVERY

The relationship
continues in operation.

Equipment requirements continue after a shipment arrives. UEA coordinates the next conversation with the manufacturer, whether it concerns a replacement component, an operating document or a technical clarification.

  • Replacement parts: connect new inquiries with the original equipment model, part reference and order details.
  • Technical questions: bring the operating context and supporting information to the responsible manufacturer.
  • Warranty communication: coordinate the information needed to review a request under the agreed manufacturer terms.
